About The Artist
I’m Eva Grall, the creator behind Flowers in Print, a collection of flower and botanical fine art prints that I hope will bring the beauty of nature into your home.
I started photographing flowers as a teenager on family vacations, long before I knew what I was doing with a camera. Those pictures were basic, but when I look back I can see the seeds of the artist I had yet to become. Years later, I returned to photographing plants as a form of therapy. In 2019 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and during that time I sought comfort in art and the outdoors. Photography brought these two together for me.
Photographing nature requires you to be hyper-present, to really see what you’re looking at. When I am photographing a flower, I am at peace — focused solely on the colors, shapes, and forms that are so varied in plant life. After I started sharing photos on my blog, She’s So Bright, I received many requests from friends and family to print my photographs for their walls. Some were gifted to others in the hopes that they too would find the beauty and peace that I experienced when creating these photographs. That’s all I hope for, that my prints bring you closer to nature, the present, and the things that make life worth living.
